Inside Sales Representative :
â—‰ Previous experience in USA outbound Inside Sales.
â—‰ Understanding of IT services/Products is a must. Understanding of Servicenow/Remedy or ITSM and Service Management is a plus.
â—‰ Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Hubspot.com.
â—‰ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
â—‰ Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
â—‰ Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
â—‰ Exceptional customer service skills.
â—‰ Strong listening and sales skills.
â—‰ Ability to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
Identify customer’s buying trends and provide reports to management
Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Qualifications :
â—‰ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
â—‰ At least 1 – 3 years’ of sales experience
â—‰ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
â—‰ Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
