Business Development Manager (Solution Sales)

Experience : 6 – 7 years

Location : DxSherpa Technologies,
Mumbai, Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Essential Functions :
Solution Sales

◉ Ability to sell core ServiceNow Product/Platform and associated Professional Services
â—‰ Creates and executes an individual sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual goals
â—‰ Works alongside Inside Sales Team on Lead Generation & Qualification
â—‰ Works with Marketing Team to develop custom tailored campaigns for prospects and clients in the defined territory.
â—‰ Closes sales by building rapport with potential clients; explaining products and services capabilities;
â—‰ Performs sales activities to achieve or exceed assigned sales objectives within assigned territory
â—‰ Identifies and researches prospects and clients
â—‰ Works with the Solution Consulting team to define the engagement scope
â—‰ Organizes and drives complex sales pursuits with support from internal and external partner eco-systems
â—‰ Perform Account Management function on all the accounts owned in the Territory

Skills/Qualifications :

◉ Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
â—‰ 6-7 years of experience in selling software products and services with a minimum 2 years of experience to sell either IT Service/Project Management or Customer Service Management tools.
â—‰ Outstanding verbal and written communication
â—‰ Proven track record of business development with consulting services and software products
â—‰ Successful use of sales methodologies from past
â—‰ Ability to utilize technology and tools provided to drive sales process and pursue new business
